TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Terms of Renting

TANY 97 offers a wide range of vehicles of different classes and models. All the vehicles have passed a careful technical and service inspection; they are equipped with autoalarm, radio & cassette, and any other compulsory equipment /first aid kit, fire extinguisher, triangle, tire wrench/. Depending on their class, some cars are equipped with air-conditioning, central door lock, air bag, ABS, power windows, etc. All cars are full auto casco insured with Bul Ins Insurance Company. They are covered against third party liability at the highest rate and personal accident.

.:: Terms of Renting ::.

Vehicles are rented at the company's office. Upon signing the Contract, the car passes an inspection and findings are made. Upon returning the car by the client, an authorized employee of the company inspects the car and if he finds losses and damages caused through Lessee's fault and not covered by the insurance policy, the amount due is deducted from the deposit.

upon request our customer may rent/ return the vehicle at particular hotel or another place at the territory of Sofia town
upon request our customer may rent/ return the vehicle at Sofia Airport.
upon request our customer may rent/ return the vehicle not in the business hours - one-time surcharge fee of 20.00EUR is paid
